5th day after breast surgery, chest muscle pain and weight!!!!!

hello. I had surgery with Kozel Texture 275cc water drop, but I really never imagined that this kind of pain would follow. I just wanted to get fuller as soon as possible... Please respond to those who have already had surgery. I can't sleep and am spending days in pain. 1. On both breasts. How long will this feeling of having heavy bricks attached with strong adhesive last? 2. The muscle pain I feel inside my chest when I get up from lying down, when I lie down, or when I turn my body even a little is like torture. How much time must pass for this? 3. I heard that it becomes soft naturally without massaging because it is a texture. I wonder if this is real and how much time it takes. 4.
