Today is the 5th day

I put in 250c of nose gel. I went to the hospital today and had the pressure bandage removed and the thread pop removed. Do seniors always hurt like this? I can't even stand. My back hurts, and when I lie down and get up, the bottom of my chest hurts for about 10 seconds with an indescribable tingling sensation. At the hospital, the upper chest hurts. Now I regret why I did this. I decided to meet my boyfriend in two weeks, but I can't bear to tell him that I had breast surgery. I think I'll find out when I meet him, so I have to tell him, but is it possible to have sex after two weeks?
