ㄱㄹㅎ vs. ㅌㅋ This is my last worry about chin surgery!

I visited 4 hospitals in total.
 I absolutely do not want a doll-line or a severe V-line, and
 I only wanted to improve the asymmetrical chin length + long chin that I have been worrying about for a long time.
 
So I wanted to get it done at a hospital that is safe, natural, and knows the jawbone to some extent
 . After going around for consultations, I found out that there are only 2 places left: ㄱㅀ and ㅌㅋ.
 
I will get a contour! It would have been good to decide and consult, but since I looked into both bimaxillary and non-surgical orthodontics, I
 couldn't compare the hospitals accurately.
 
If there is anyone who got it done here, I would like to get help.
 ㄱㄹㅎ is a chin tip + square jaw (just a little bit!)
 and ㅌㅋ is a mini V-line (just touching the chin tip!).
 
1. Did the surgery go in the direction I wanted during the pre-surgery consultation (I think this is the most important!)
 2. Was there enough communication before the surgery?
 3. Was the aftercare after the surgery okay?
 + I couldn't ask if there was CCTV for ㅌㅋ, so if you know about this part, I would like to get help.
