Wow, I've been to two consultations with this guy.
I'm thinking about facial contouring to get rid of my long face, and
I went to the consultation with a particular focus on shortening the length of my front chin.
But what I'm curious about is, is Gyaha trying to avoid performing surgery?
Before the consultation with Dr. Park, he said it looked like I needed cheekbones, but
when the director came in and did the consultation,
he said that I didn't need a lot of contour, and that my jawbone was rather small and
recommended only the front chin.
He also looked at the thinness of my cheekbones and said that this is in the top 2-3% of thickness
. He was adamant that he would not perform cheekbone surgery and that it would not change much even if he did. He said
that he was currently undergoing orthodontic treatment, so it looked like that
because his temples were sunken. He said that he could do fat grafting to the temples or sunken cheeks later after the braces were completed.
They told me to go to the dentist who does orthodontic treatment and ask for future mouth changes and permission for front jaw surgery.
If possible, it would be better to contour after orthodontic treatment, but I don't think I have time at all.
Also, I know that since it is non-extraction orthodontic treatment, there is no greater change in the mouth than extraction orthodontic treatment.
But today, when I went to my second consultation,
both the director and the director recommended 3 types of contouring.
I was rejected by the director because my cheekbones are thin. I told him the details of the above consultation, and he said
no, even if the bones are thin, all cheekbones can be operated on. He didn't know why he said that
. If you do it, you will have a secondary angle, so you need to have a square jaw as well, and
since you tend to have cheekbones, he recommended 3 types and also mentioned double chin suction.
In my opinion, if I only reduce the front chin, the proportions of the square jaw and cheekbones might not match, so
I think what you are saying here is correct, but I am confused.
Even to me, the cheekbones are a bit protruding. 45 degrees and side cheekbones.
But I'm confused because the two hospitals have different opinions.
I actually have facial asymmetry and the right and left bone sizes are different, so it
's a difficult case, so I wonder if they just recommended only the minimum recommended area. While doing it
, I wonder if they recommended all 3 types of treatment that I don't need to do, but
I'm so confused....
I tried to do it at one of the two
hospitals because I searched hard on the internet and visited
both hospitals =.= ㅠ
What do you think?
1. Are there any cases where someone was rejected because of thin cheekbones?
2. If I only do the front chin, won’t a secondary angle form? Also, if I only use the front chin, wouldn't the ratio of the square jaw and cheekbones be wrong?
3. Are there cases where one is satisfied with just the front chin?
