 I wonder if I'm being fooled by brokers

When I go for consultations,
 each director has a different surgery method
 . What I feel is that they tell me the surgery method they use, not based on my face.
 
I have a slight prognathism,
 and in some places, they have to go backwards.
 In some places, if the length is shortened, it can look blunt, so they have to go forwards. In some places, if it's just shortened, the prognathism will disappear,
 etc.
 There are so many
 places that don't fix it with high-el, low-el, or partial incisions
