Pain in the lower front teeth and pinching of the lower front teeth

It's been 13 days since surgery. I don't remember exactly, but starting around the 3rd or 4th day, my lower front teeth started to hurt as if they were being pulled out. Sometimes it hurts. My tooth hurt a lot, but now the pain has eased little by little and it still hurts. At the hospital, they say they didn't touch the tooth and talk as if they don't know much about tooth pain. I think there were patients who were sick like me. Is there anyone who has a square jaw and has teeth that hurt like I did and felt like they were being pulled out? When will the pain almost disappear?
 I have one more question. I used to be a clown, but I was discharged the next day after surgery. You take the facial band off and on, right? When I took the band off, there was a strange wind noise and a crazy spinning sound in one ear, like the sound of dental equipment;; Sing-sing-sing~ It's the sound of something running so fast... Has anyone heard this kind of sound? It happened for about two days, but now it's gone. I'm new to the idea that something like this can happen, so I'm asking because I'm curious if it's just me. .
