My front chin is slightly protruding.
I'm debating between advancement surgery and stone shaping.
Advancement surgery requires shading of the secondary angle and that area well so that the
skin doesn't have bumps and dents on the outside, right?
The conclusion I have researched is that front jaw osteotomy is a high-risk surgery, and if done well, it would be great, but even if the surgery is successful, there may be bone resorption, and perhaps because I have seen big and small side effects, I keep thinking about getting it done. Listening to everyone's experiences and thoughts
. I'd like to help.
Please recommend a hospital to anyone who has undergone advancement surgery and had a smooth jaw line in one go.
