At first glance, I think it's a case of contour + nose where the width of the nose was reduced as the width of the face was reduced while doing the 3 types of
contouring. I don't know what other people think, but it's much better before plastic surgery. I didn't use any makeup and usually the pre-surgery photos would be even worse, but it's
really enough that other people have pointed it out. I think the answer is to leave the outline as undisturbed as possible unless it is angular or can be clearly improved.
