He said that if they only touched the cheekbones, my chin would look protruding, and that I could shave my chin, but my chin wasn't big enough;; so he said to just go with the right amount of fat. It was much cheaper, and both the doctor and the manager seemed to be honest about reality rather than trying to sell things. But the before and after photos of the surgery weren't that pretty.
