It's been over a month since I had incision fat removal, eye correction,
epicanthoplasty. After a month, I'm wondering if it's okay to do exercises that make you sweat a lot, like squats or planks. I
heard that tightening your skin in the winter is more effective than in the summer, so I want to do it,
but when I go out for a walk, it's too cold due to the mask, so I mostly stay home. I'm currently exercising.
I want to know if it's okay to say that it's okay as long as it doesn't directly put strain on my eyes.
