Should I have revision eye surgery?

<I opened my eyes><I closed my eyes>I had a double incision and epicanthoplasty 5 years ago!
 After the first surgery, one eye got loose and one side got irritated,
 and then it got loose again, so I had to do it again with an incision a year later.
 But the picture looks pretty good, but in reality, I still have double eyes. Maybe it's because the scar is deep, but I can see the sausage.
 The power to open my eye, and the lines are different, so I get sleepy from double eyelid. I can see it and it feels blurry.
 In that picture, I opened my eyes as hard as I normally do.
  And the surgery line sometimes swells and itches, and now it's always bumpy and has something like a wart on it.
 When I received consultation at the hospital, everyone said different things about doing it and not doing it. Is it possible to have the surgery again? ?
 If so, what kind of surgery should I do?
