Gentleman ㄹㅎ Review of foot consultation

I went to see if I could see the representative director, but he said no, so I went to see the director.
 Before that, I had been to 3-4 hospitals, but this was the first time I had ever had a consultation like this..
 I looked at the line a few times while opening and closing it, and then tens of seconds passed in awkward silence as I said, "Um, it doesn't work through non-incision, but through incision."
