My eye is ruined. Should crevice restoration or line surgery come first?

After 10 years of burial, the line was lowered, so I had an incision and an upper and lower flap, but it was completely ruined.
It's been a year now and I've had a lot of swelling so I waited, but now it doesn't seem like the swelling is going down anymore and it just looks like a sausage.
I did an outline one, but it became too thick. The front is thicker than the back, and I have a slit, and my expression is harsh. Maybe it's because of the slit, but the area under my eyes and the beginning of the slit is cut off, and my slit disappears, and I'm living under stress.

I am hesitating whether to restore the top slit first and then lower the line, or lower the line first and restore the top slit.
I'm not going to do both at once. I'm going to split it between a hospital that specializes in restoration and a hospital that's good at lines.
