I had my first nose job 4 years ago, but my skin is so thin that the cartilage at the tip of my nose is showing through, so I'm looking into a second surgery ㅠㅠ
I want a plump nose, but it's too thin and my nose is crooked ㅠㅠ I don't like the shape either ㅠㅠ Anyone can tell that I've had a nose job ㅋㅋ
I've been to 8 different consultations in my spare time for about a month, but I still don't know ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
1. The first surgery I had, ㅇㅅㅍㅅㅌ (the name of the surgery has changed),
she said they don't need to touch the bridge of the nose and just need to add dermis to the tip of the nose. A plump nose is absolutely not possible.
2. ㅇㅇㅇ - They said the entire nose needs to be lowered and my skin is too thin to give it the look I want, so I passed.
3. ㄱㄹㅂ- Nose bridge: 3D fitting nose production Nose pillar: Nasal septum, ear cartilage (He said he didn't know what to use because he didn't take a CT scan)
Nose tip: Ear cartilage + buttocks dermis
The director here gave me confident consultation, which was nice. Later, when I was discussing the cost with the head of the consultation room, he said that the director is good at surgery using buttocks dermis, but since there aren't many patients who get surgery using buttocks dermis, I was jealous. He said he'd give me a discount if I wrote a review. He said that review discounts aren't given to just anyone,, but when I came home and thought about it, it was a bit... like that.
4. ㅋㄴㅍ- They took good care of me here too. I could make it the way I wanted, and it was okay, but they spoke to me informally..?
Anyway, it was okay~ ㅎㅎ
5. ㅇㅍㄹㅅ - Silicone replaced with thicker one + Alloderm, alar cartilage reconstruction, costal cartilage
Function: rhinitis + nasal septum, The nasal valve
was made pretty, and the consultation was good. They said costal cartilage would be better than ear cartilage..
but I wondered if I really had to use costal cartilage..
6. ㅎㄴㅂ- 1. Gore-Tex, ear cartilage, dermis behind the ear 2. Silicone + Alloderm, ear cartilage, dermis behind the ear
Function: Septal deviation, rhinitis
They recommended Gore-Tex because my skin is thin, but they told me to choose. However, my confidence dropped
because they said it might show up again later
.. 7. ㅂ - Silicone, tip of the nose: Ear cartilage + buttocks dermis Function: rhinitis
This is.. a place where everything was torn apart.. The first thing they said was why I got the surgery at the first place I got surgery at.. They said it
wasn't the hospital's fault if the surgery went wrong, it was my fault for not looking into it well..
They are right, but.. Did I know I would end up like this?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Rhinoplasty is the most difficult surgery among facial plastic surgeries, but how many doctors are good at it? They said it's not that doctors don't know how to do it, but that they can't do it because they don't have the skills. I had a bad first surgery and need to get it fixed... There aren't many doctors with the skills to do that, so
if you go somewhere else without knowing, they'll definitely come back to me for a second surgery. Most of those patients come here, so
I couldn't ask them what they wanted to do with their nose shape. When I finished talking, they suddenly got up and tried to leave. When I told them I wanted a plump nose with a round tip, they said they'd graft fat in 3 months... This is the first time I've heard of putting fat in a nose. When I told them
that other hospitals would add Alloderm or dermis to the silicone, they said they weren't covering it up, so they had to put fat in it.
The absorption of fat or dermis is a matter of the doctor's skill. He confidently said that he had more than 80% left.
My nose was slightly crooked, and this was the first hospital that told me about it.
Anyway, they shaved the crooked nose and did a lot of things on the buttocks dermis (when I told them about the scar on the buttocks dermis, they said they didn't leave much of a scar)
... The anesthesia was general anesthesia.
The consultation time was the longest, but I barely got to say anything ㅋㅋ I felt like I got scolded by the teacher? ㅋㅋ The cost was also expensive..
But I believed him because he spoke realistically.
8. ㅅㅁㅇ- Gore-Tex + Alloderm covering, nasal cartilage reconstruction, ear cartilage, tip of nose: periosteum behind the ear.
This is my first time at the Gidarin Hospital. I went earlier than the consultation time, but I waited for about an hour and a half?ㅠ The director said he was in the middle of surgeryㅠ
While I was waiting, he kept calling about the surgery~ I thought this place was famousㅎ
After waiting for over an hour and a half, I went in for a consultation with the director. When he looked at my nose, my skin was thin, the cartilage was too visible, my forehead was low, and the implants were obvious.. He
said he would try his best to make it the way I wanted (he brought a picture), and the director kindly explained everything to me.
This is the end of my review so far ;) I feel like I wrote it without any orderㅎㅎ
Lastly, I have a consultation next week for ㅂㄹㅋ, but I'm worried because there seem to be some bad reviews..
For me, ㅂ and ㅅㅁㅇ are the two places that come to mind,, but I don't knowㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I saw a lot of articles saying that Gore-Tex absorbs and lowers it, and I asked a lot on YouTube, so I was told that it doesn't lower it,, which is true..ㅠㅠ
Here at ㅂ, which was completely shaved, they have to remove the buttock dermis and later get fat grafted (the fat cost is separate) None)
The director here never does things like Alloderm or donated ribs,
but I think GLB is okay too.
Are there any hospitals here that have had surgery??? Which of the two hospitals would be better to get it done at?
Please give me some advice, such as surgical methods~~~~ㅠㅠ
I'm really stressed outㅠ The surgery will be done around the beginning of February, but I need to decide on a hospital and set a surgery schedule quicklyㅠㅠ
