I can't lift my head because of my rhinoplasty.

I thought I would look good after getting rhinoplasty, but my side profile looks better and my front view hasn't changed at all.
 
There's a scar in the middle of my nose like a line, and whenever I raise my head a little, the scar looks like a crescent moon. ㅠㅠ
 
That's why I stand at the back of the subway.
 The reason is because
 if I'm sitting in front of someone, they'll see my nose the moment they look up.
 When I get on the bus, if there are no seats, I hold on to the driver's pole and
 bow my head when I get on the escalator. I never give presentations at university, even if it means losing my grades.
 
I've become more mindful of others after getting rhinoplasty than before.
 Even if I have side effects and it gets removed later, the scar will still be there, so I'm at a loss.
