Ptosis + lowered eyelid line + fierce eyes

I didn't know anything before, so I just followed my mom after finishing the college entrance exam and got double eyelid surgery at a plastic surgery clinic recommended by an acquaintance.
 Of course, the line wasn't weird, and it turned out naturally, so I was satisfied with it until a few years ago. I
 originally had severe ptosis, so I thought they checked me out and corrected my eyes because I didn't have enough strength to open my eyes, but now that I'm opening my forehead, I don't think
 that's the case
. Anyway, I've been having trouble opening my eyes lately, and I've got wrinkles on my forehead, so I'm looking into getting a second chance. If there's a hospital famous for getting a second chance
