Has anyone ever tried to release only part of the natural adhesion (burial) AS after it was released?

I had burial (natural adhesion) done (I went to get natural adhesion done and they explained that it was the same as burial)
 
, but my double eyelid line is a mess. It's crooked, asymmetrical, and the front line is really wide and steeply slanted towards the back, so it gets thinner and thinner towards the back, which makes me look old and bumpy... It's really frustrating. The surgery scar is also huge...
 Both sides are weird, but I think one eye is relatively bearable, but the other eye is really weird...
 
Has anyone ever tried to have the burial removed from the middle? Would that be okay? ㅠㅠ
