Is the depth of dual wielding also adjustable?

I'm talking about the depth of the line when you open your eyes, not the height of the line.
 I'm a guy, but I want to make it completely natural, so I want the depth to be shallow. If I do it buried, can I ask for fewer holes? Or is it determined by the depth of tying the thread itself?? I haven't gone to the consultation yet, so I don't know.
