<My nose before surgery>
 The nose itself was big and the nostrils were small, but the nostrils were spread out.
But the bridge of my nose was low and my nose wasn't high. It felt flat.
 When I looked at it from a 45-degree angle,
 it felt like the bridge of my nose was sticking out, not the bridge of my nose.
