I am writing this post in case there are people
like me who are worried about the smell in their nose.
In the 2nd month of the exam, the smell
suddenly appears. On Saturday,
the smell suddenly starts to smell. On Sunday, the yellow stuff flows out - the nose is stuffy.
Monday - The nose is stuffy, but the smell disappears.
Tuesday -Visit to the hospital
At the hospital, they said that the dissolvable stitches had not dissolved and
that they should dissolve in 2 months, but the ones that had not dissolved seemed to be inflammation.
After removing the smelly nasal dissolvable stitches, they cut the inflamed area and pressed hard on the nose. They also removed the stitches on the other side... (The dissolving thread was transparent)
They said I didn't need to take antibiotics and
that I was fine now, but
I only went to the hospital where I had the surgery to remove the stitches. They didn't tell me to visit later, so I thought the stitches had dissolved and left it as is, and this is what happened... I guess
the smell was a sign of inflammation. It's scary to even think about it
if I hadn't looked for it right away because I knew it was serious
. I thought it would be a good idea to visit the hospital
to see
if the stitches that dissolved in the 2nd month had melted
. When I asked them why they hadn't dissolved, they said it varies from person to person..lol. It was a bit absurd, but the hospital took care of it right away, so I felt at ease.
And they said that the soluble stitches should dissolve in 2 months.
If you think there are stitches, just go to the hospital
and you could get an infection like me because of the stitches..
*Summary*
Dissolvable stitches The director's opinion is that soluble stitches may not dissolve for everyone,
so you don't have to slit the inflamed
area and
take antibiotics
. If you have any questions, I'll answer them all
