Rhinoplasty reservation fee ㅡㅅㅡ

I was notified after depositing the deposit that 10% of the deposit would be deducted for a refund. Can't I just accept it without deducting the 10%?
 I was planning to have rhinoplasty and gum protrusion correction called kilbone correction, but
 everyone said I would do mouth correction first and then rhinoplasty, so
 I just left the deposit to the surgery consultant who made a reservation for the 22nd and wanted to have nose surgery after correction. I sent a message via KakaoTalk saying, "Even if it doesn't work out, I really wanted to get my nose done at that hospital, so I thought I should just get a refund even if I deduct 10% of the reservation fee and go back after the correction is done and get another surgery, but I received a KakaoTalk reply saying, 'After 2 years, the price won't work, and if you do the nose, you'll get a refund.' Since you can see these teeth, it's better to put it in your mouth according to your nose.' I felt like it wasn't professional, so I decided to just refund the money and not go to that hospital.
