I had an 8cm fibroadenoma removal and partial fat grafting Motiva revision surgery at JW Plastic Surgery by Director Seol Chul-hwan. I went to all the university hospitals and all the plastic surgery directors that are good at breasts before making my decision. I went to all the breast and plastic surgery departments at university hospitals, and after being introduced to the breast surgery department of Cha Hospital , I was debating between two professors at Severance Plastic Surgery. Director Seol Chul-hwan said that he would minimize scars, and Severance said that I would have two scars on the breast near the fibroadenoma. The aesthetic aspect is very important to me… When I told Director Seol Chul-hwan’s surgical method at Severance, he said, “That would be okay to do. Let’s do that.”   I also wanted to have major surgery at a university hospital, but I had the surgery done by Director Seol Cheol-Hwan. After the surgery, he showed me the tumor, did a biopsy, and visited me every week for a follow-up. He even showed me photos of the surgery process, removed the taping himself, and the nursing assistant just handed me over. I loved that about him. He also does breast reconstruction and is a perfectionist (in my opinion) so I chose Director Seol among the many professors at the university hospital. My fibroadenoma was so big that my skin was as thin as a sheet of paper, so I got fat grafting for that area. The university hospital said that the skin could die if it was removed... Of course, I expected the worst result, but that didn't happen at all after the surgery. It hasn't even been 3 weeks yet, but I'm still satisfied . Because of the giant fibroadenoma, the severe hypertrophy layer and the silicone bottom loss I had before were resolved. And I visited all the universities, but the head nurse of the breast reconstruction plastic surgery department at Asan Medical Center recommended JW Seol Cheol -hwan D Plastic Surgery (I didn't go because my breasts were sagging after breastfeeding, but the vertical incision pushed the lift too far... It looked like alien breasts by my aesthetic standards) . The other places I visited were also very famous, but  they honestly told me not to go. I think I went to the hospital every single day for a month . I'm so grateful for the thorough treatment from Director Seol Cheol-hwan. I hope the results will be as good as they are now, as you performed the surgery and treated me thoroughly. Thank you.
