The consultation was very kind and he did a good job without recommending excessive surgery or additional procedures. I would have to look at other places to find out, but the director was really nice.

The consultation was so thorough and kind that I trusted it and received good advice. The director explained things well, so I was able to understand my problems and it was good in many ways.
