So I started looking around. One place said that I needed to also do a columella incision, but the doctor here said that it was possible with just a medial incision - but he clearly told me that there were limitations. He was quick and cool. After my first surgery, my cartilage got misaligned because I wasn’t careful, but he checked during the follow-up and coolly decided on a second surgery (there was no additional cost). I was very careful for three months after the second surgery, and I am very satisfied with the results.
