The hospital I went to for my first consultation. Since my nose is high and beaked, and my bone is large, they advised me that I would need to have an osteotomy while shaving the beak. They said that they would also separate the cartilage connected to the nasal bone from the septum and bring it together while shaving the osteotomy(?) since they would be shaving a lot. When I asked if it was possible to just shave the beak, they said it was okay, and that it would be good to also do the tip of the nose. They suggested slightly lowering the bridge of the nose and raising the tip of the nose. Instead of doing a separate CT scan, they took pictures and showed me a virtual plastic surgery using Photoshop.
