대기시간은 길었지만 상담시간도 아주 길었음 수술끝나고 바로 왔다는데 전혀 지친기색이 없었고 수술방법까지 아주 꼼꼼하게 설명해주시고 궁금한 것 많이 물어봐도 귀찮은 기색 없이 친절히 답해주심 최대한 환자가 원하는 방향으로 맞춰주고자 노력함.
