I've been to a counselor, and he only gives me advice on what I need and helps me improve only the parts I want. He doesn't make any excessive recommendations and he tends to accommodate things.

The director is blunt, but I liked that he was firm in what he said and didn't recommend unnecessary surgery. He didn't say things like, "I'll definitely make you prettier" or "I'll change you dramatically." If the effect you're expecting is too great, you might be disappointed because it doesn't meet that expectation. However, I think I actually gained trust because he said that if this surgery doesn't work, no other surgery will work.
