Its been about 3 years since I had orthodontic treatment. Im really satisfied, but I regret that I didnt take good care of my teeth during orthodontic treatment.. You have to brush your teeth a lot harder than usual, and you must take care of them with dental floss. I feel that orthodontic treatment is essential right now, no matter how pretty you are, if you don’t straighten it, there are things that will break.
