but I forgot about the retainer while living abroad for about a year, so
my teeth were slightly misaligned.
The conclusion is satisfactory.
There are always a lot of people, several people waiting in a factory-style, and specialists lying side by side one by one? Lift the chair, look at it for a moment, do only the important part, and hygienist for the rest? Teachers should do it.
Still, I'm satisfied with the price and the result.
You have to accept that it takes 1-1:30 to go to the dentist once.
The hospital didn't postpone the schedule a few times in the early days of the corona, but rather kindly responded even though my schedule fluctuated a lot.
I had done a lot during my previous orthodontic treatment, so I didn't have it here, and if necessary, I went through the process by grinding the outer side of the teeth.
At the end, only the four upper and lower front teeth of the retainer were attached to the lingual side, but the part that seemed to require treatment of the surrounding teeth before the attachment was ambiguous, so they recommended me to come after receiving treatment and confirmation from another dentist.
As long as a retainer is put on for a lifetime, if you remove the retainer and attach it in the middle because of the treatment of rotten teeth around you, it costs + time, so you should treat the part to be treated before putting it on.
Although there is a prosthetics department (?) in the corresponding dentistry, it seems that it will take a long time to make an appointment again, and prosthetic treatment at the residence dentist is more cost-effective and time-efficient. I didn't mention it, but I felt a bit conscientious about the recommendation that it would be convenient to do it at another dentist.
Anyway, I'm satisfied and from May of this year, I only need to wear a retainer when I sleep ♥

I gave and put it back. Buy two or three retainer cases and carry them with you wherever you go... I recommend it.
