With a protruding mouth + no chin, the upper jaw was inserted and the lower jaw was removed. I also rotated due to asymmetry
, except for the breasts and sensory parts of the mouth, but speaking of facial changes,
1. If the face received light from a dark place, there was almost no shadow on the nasolabial folds, but now there are shades on the nasolabial folds.
2. The double chin and bulldog cheeks are improved by advancing the mandible, but if the lips are not tight, they do not close. If you close it with force, a walnut wrinkle will form on the chin. You have to wait for this part while exercising your mouth until the flesh and muscles grow, so you have to watch it. As I get older, my lower teeth look droopy, but I can already see them because of my surgery.
The chin and protruding mouth have improved after both jaws, but the two problems above are the biggest drawbacks except for all the minor shortcomings. I wonder if the upper jaw was for nothing, and it takes a year for the upper jaw to feel. It is more sensitive than the mandible, so be careful. Next to the two, there is also a change in the shape of the nose. Because the nasal septum is damaged, the nose is tied with a thread to prevent it from spreading. It does change a bit though.
Keep in mind that plastic surgery has something to gain and something to lose.
