I will try to write as detailed a review as possible about why I chose Cosmetic Orthodontics!
I hope this will be a reference for those who have thought about cosmetic orthognathic surgery at least once

1. I was very stressed about the face shape that could not be concealed when taking pictures with the real thing.
2. I thought about correction and contouring other than cosmetic orthognathic surgery, but I felt like I couldn't have the small face shape I wanted

It was a major surgery, so I went to several consultations, but the kind director informed me of the surgical plan and amount of movement.
The amount of movement was 5.8mm rearward movement of the upper jaw and 9.1mm rearward movement of the lower jaw. Also, there were quite a few cases of uncorrected double jaw surgery like mine. My trust was +100 as they confidently said that the surgery was possible for cosmetic purposes and even without correction, so my trust was +100.

3. On the day of surgery - Arrive at the hospital at 9:30 - Take pre-surgery photos - Fill out the surgical consent form and guide you through precautions - Wash your face and change clothes in the single room - Last consultation with the director before entering the operating room - Move to the operating room - General anesthesia - recovery room
4 Post-surgery - 7th day, first progress, explained that the change in facial length has decreased by 7~8mm / 2 weeks, second progress Wafer

I think double jaw surgery is a dangerous surgery.
I regretted it like crazy the day after the surgery, and by the 5th day, I looked at my swollen face and thought I did it for no reason...
But strangely, the swelling changed every week for 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks. Even though there was swelling, I saw that my face was definitely shorter and smaller and had no protruding mouth, so I think I was more excited than worried~~
What's worse is that there are people around me who don't recognize me... I'm really a bad person even around people. People who know me say that I am a different person... I told you what... haha I don't recognize people I haven't seen in a long time.
Cosmetic surgery that I thought I would never be able to do... I don't have a jugular chin, I had surgery just for aesthetic purposes, but I really regret it after doing it. No.
The recovery was quick, so
I went on an overseas trip in the 6th week, enjoyed activities and massages without too much trouble, and got to take a lot of pictures of my life. It's been three months now, but if strangers see it, they won't even know it's a bad thing. It's so natural. )
Externally, I am very satisfied, and I think time will solve everything. I still feel uncomfortable in my mouth. But I have to think about the level of discomfort. I can speak well, I can feel all of my facial sensations, and if there's one thing that's dull, I can't really feel the roof of my mouth.
I'm happy that I had the biggest surgery of my life safely and satisfactorily, and I'm really grateful to the doctor who made the surgery safe and successful.
