Hello!
I received orthodontic treatment at the Waigang-Oto-Magnolia Surgery Clinic for my malocclusion and facial asymmetry, and then had bimaxillary surgery and 3 types of contouring (cheekbone, square jaw, and front jaw) surgery. It's been 9 months since the surgery!!
The swelling from the bimaxillary contouring surgery has completely disappeared.ㅎㅎ
People who see me for the first time won't know that I have bimaxillary surgery at all! Of course, my jaw muscles are still not fully relaxed, so it's a little awkward and the sensation is ambiguous when I smile or close my mouth, but I'm satisfied because it's come back a lot compared to before!ㅎㅎㅎ
It's still awkward to smile brightly, but there's no discomfort other than that, and it's still uncomfortable with orthodontic treatment, but there are some parts that have changed slightly while getting orthodontic treatment, so it's bearableㅎㅎ
And since I go to the hospital every month, I can check those parts, which is great!
I've gained a lot of confidence compared to before, and I often get compliments like my face is smaller, my nose looks prettier, and my impression has become gentler, so I feel the importance of my face shape even more. Just by changing the shape of my face, my overall aura becomes softer and my facial features look more distinct, so I think I made the right decision to get double jaw surgery more often these days.
When I look at reviews of double jaw surgery, there are many comments saying that compared to the stress I had in the past, this level of discomfort is bearable, and that the surgery was really difficult and painful, but seeing my face change makes me forget about it. Now I can relate. It's
not just my appearance that has changed; I feel that I've changed a lot internally as well, freeing myself from the complexes and stresses I've had since childhood.
Of course, it hurts and recovery is difficult, but if you're still struggling with your complex, I recommend getting it!
