Facial asymmetry and pain. It's already been 6 months since I had surgery to get rid of my old complex. It
's been 6 months since I had the double jaw + contour 2 types (square jaw, front jaw) surgery at Waigugang, and 5 months since my orthodontic treatment.
Now, I can't even imagine the difficult 1 month after the surgery~
Now I can eat without hesitation, and I can sleep on my side without any discomfort.
It'll get better, but I'm still cautious, so I'm trying not to overdo it.
The orthodontic center director said that things are going well after 5 months, and I've been able to get by without rubber bands this month, so it's really comfortable. I've gained the ability to handle the foreign body sensation in my mouth after eating(?), and my pronunciation is okay, so I don't have much discomfort.
However, I didn't practice opening my mouth much in the early days after the surgery, so that's still the hardest part for me. (Everyone should try to open their mouths in the early days, even if it's hard.)
And since I had the surgery at a fairly old age, my cheeks are sagging, which is unavoidable. I heard that it would be like that, and since I have a lot of chubby cheeks, I'm expecting it.
Next
time, I'm going to visit a dermatologist. ㅎㅎㅎ
Still, whenever I look in the mirror, I'm satisfied because my teeth that fit well together look better than my chubby cheeks~ Since I lost weight because I couldn't eat well, I've been exercising more these days and losing more weight with my own diet, so it's great!!
I think it'll get better in the future, so I'm looking forward to it>_<
To those who are thinking about getting surgery, I tell them that it's best to get it done when you're even a year younger~~ !!!>
