My chin has been gradually coming out since I was in the upper grades of elementary school, and since I was in middle school, I was very stressed about showing my profile to people. At first, I thought it could be solved with orthodontic treatment, so I went to counseling, but all I got back was that my bite would be aligned, but my chin might look more protruding. He said that even my external appearance could be resolved with double jaw surgery..^^
As someone who really enjoys decorating, honestly, my front face wasn't the kind of face that would cause me stress, so I held on, but as I became an adult, it was very stressful to have my acquaintances take pictures of me, and I couldn't see my appearance. I decided to get surgery because it was my daily routine to throw the photos I didn't like in the trash.
So on October 23rd, I had double jaw surgery and 2 types of contouring: square jaw + front jaw at Waigugang, and it's already been more than 4 months since the surgery! !
I am currently receiving orthodontic treatment without any problems.
However, I still feel awkward due to minor swelling and fat under my chin!! Will it gradually disappear?
I wanted the swelling to go down quickly, so I went to the gym, and even though I sometimes strain my chin, it's doing well without any problems.
But it's not completely fixed yet, so I'm being careful!
As I've definitely lost weight, I can see the fat under my chin disappearing little by little. I
'm hoping for a day when even the swelling will go down quickly. I can chew everything I eat!
It's hard to eat hard textures like squid or tires, but I can still chew and eat meats like pork belly and snacks!
Now that I have a receding chin, I've been hearing so many people around me
telling me I'm so pretty. People who know that I have this type of face compliment me and say that my face is so small and pretty!!
Every time that happened, the painful memories were forgotten and I was so happy. Even now that I think about it, I wonder what it would have been like if I had done it sooner~~
