It's been 8 years since I had orthodontic treatment.
I extracted 4 permanent premolars and
had braces for a protruding mouth.
But at first, it was nice that the mouth was recessed and
the nose looked high, right?
But now, the space between my teeth has widened a bit
, so there is a lot of food stuck in it. Because of the receding gums, I can see some space between my teeth.
Aesthetically, I don't regret it, but I really
wish I had thought a lot more about orthodontic treatment before doing it
. There are so many inconveniences.
