First of all, people who have an appetite are very distressed because they can't eat real food, so eat a lot of delicious food in advance, especially meat. They say you can chew meat well after about 2 months. They say you can eat all kinds of noodles in a month, so eat a lot of meat and tough foods. When
I chose the hospital, I made sure to ask the doctor:
1. Don't put too much in your mouth to make a mouth. (It would be better to have a slightly protruding mouth instead. No answer..)
2. Please show only your upper teeth when you smile (If you smile and not see your upper teeth but only your lower teeth, you look like a grandmother, or even if both your upper and lower teeth are visible, it's strange. Be sure to ask this and go to a place that will do that.)
3. Is there an anesthesiologist? (I also asked whether I could see CCTV in the operating room.)
And personally, the face length is about 1~5mm (0.1~0.5cm)? If they say they can only reduce it by that much, I don't necessarily recommend orthognathic surgery.
Considering the cost of about 2,000 + about 6 months of suffering, if you want to reduce it to less than 5 mm (0.5 cm), there is no need for surgery. It's not that dramatic of a difference.
I have a very long face and I'm a horse, so I did it because I was stressed. I actually reduced it by 15mm (1.5cm). Even
though my face is still very swollen, my face is noticeably smaller and shorter..
I don't think my mom will recognize me lol.
