First of all, unless you have orthodontic treatment because your teeth are really ugly and you have been scolded a few times... I don't want you to do it. Even if you take off all the brackets after orthodontic treatment, you will have to wear a retainer for the rest of your life. If I had known this, I would not have had orthodontic treatment. I thought I didn't have to do anything anymore because I did it when I was in elementary school. And they didn't tell me about this when I started orthodontic treatment. I was so embarrassed when I had to put on and take off the retainer after orthodontic treatment. They say my teeth tend to go back to their original state until they die. I have gapped teeth. So, after 10 years of orthodontic treatment, it got wide open again.. haha. There was resin between my teeth. If this was going to happen, I would have gotten Lami or crowns without braces from the beginning. It would have been a waste of money.
