I was in my 10th month of orthodontic treatment.
I tried to orthodontic treatment a few years ago (I didn't even look for it this time, I followed my mom lol), but I gave up after one day with a blue rubber band on my molars... I didn't know what that was at the time, but I looked into it before this orthodontic treatment and it turned out to be an arch expander.
I also have cheekbones, so if I had to expand my arches, I would have been in big trouble... I thought it was a good thing I gave up even
though I wasted money. At the place where I am currently receiving orthodontic treatment, there is no need for such things, and I am receiving it comfortably as it is already a place with great experience.
Even after going to monthly treatment, I am eating well and not getting sick haha.
I want to finish the orthodontic treatment quickly~~
