To commemorate my first outpatient visit yesterday...
Looking at other people's reviews, it seems that some people only ate liquid food for a month, but
in my case, right after discharge, I was allowed to eat soft foods that crush the roof of my mouth, such as pudding and steamed eggs, and since I
was able to masticate from now on during my first outpatient treatment, I was told to eat rice mixed with soup. He told me to eat shredded meat. He
also told me to buy Haribo and practice opening my mouth while chewing hard, but this is very difficult. If I don't practice opening my mouth hard and just live half-heartedly, I'm sure it will go wrong later on.
