<수술 후><수술 전>Hello!
It's been "1 year" since I had double jaw surgery and contouring surgery. Haha.
First of all, I have had a receding jaw since I was young, so I couldn't do orthodontic treatment alone!
So I felt the limitations of orthodontic treatment and decided to get surgery as an adult. My mother, not me, personally found a good place to improve my receding jaw and got double jaw surgery and contouring surgery including square jaw and front chin at Waigang.
Now, a year later, I can eat hard and chewy foods more comfortably than before.
However, I try to avoid hard foods as much as possible because they can strain my jaw, and I find it easier to cut chewy foods with scissors so that I can eat them carefully. I think it's become a habit.
Now, I go out and take pictures with my friends and make memories.
After the surgery, my acquaintances tell me that I look pretty, and my mother says she's proud that the surgery went so well, so I feel really good and think that I did the right thing. My self-esteem has gone up so much that I couldn't imagine it in the past! I went up ㅎㅎ It
's been a year since I started post-orthodontic treatment, and now I'm used to orthodontic treatment so it's okay, but my gums were pulled during the treatment so I had a toothache for about a week. Other than that, I think it's okay. I
'm using the maxillary gum screw to connect a rubber band to prevent my front teeth from coming out, and I'm trying to get into the habit of chewing on both sides to align the center lines of the maxillary and mandibular teeth. There are still a few difficult months left, but I'm going to endure it thinking about my teeth that will become pretty. For
those of you who are having a hard time like me with double jaw surgery, time is the only medicine, so just think positive thoughts and wait for them to become even prettier ~
