Hello
, it's been 9 months since I had double jaw surgery at Waigang for malocclusion.
First of all, there aren't many changes since 6 months ago, but now that my bones have fully healed, I can move around a bit more freely! People are creatures of adaptation, don't they? Now that my complex is gone, I can see the difference, so I've been taking good care of my face these days!
Oh! I have braces on the inside of my teeth, so it's still uncomfortable to pronounce or eat ㅠㅠ I
keep biting my tongue. I think I need to practice ㅠ
Is this true for everyone?ㅎㅎ
I often hear that it's become so natural that people don't even know if I don't tell them!
Now, there are no restrictions on what I eat, and my front teeth that didn't touch sometimes touch, so I can bite into them,ㅎㅎ
Of course, there are times when I can't because I'm undergoing braces!
Chewing well helps with digestion and increases the amount of food I eat.
It's partly because I started exercising, but I think my digestion is better than before. I
've always thought that I didn't have fat on my face, but after the surgery, I've started to get fat on my cheeks, so I'm thinking about how I can lose it.
I also got two types of contouring (square jaw, chin) and my face shape changed, so my nose is more visible, so I've been paying more attention to my nose makeup lately. I can see that my face is slowly settling in now!
After getting double jaw surgery, the discomfort only seems to be at the beginning, but after that, I often think to myself that I'm glad I got it done.
