It has been a year since I started orthodontic treatment. Four premolars have been extracted and pulling is almost finished. What I am satisfied with is that a lot of cheek fat has been lost after tooth extraction, so the facial line has been revived and the protruding mouth has been improved. The only downside is that there isnt much to say except when eating. I recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it.
