I made two types of osteotomy with the front jaw and square jaw, and after about 3 years, I did it for about 10 months with partial correction of 12 front teeth. Every time I went to tighten the braces, my gums really hurt.. So I didnt eat well for a few hours to get used to, but I didnt lose weight lol. Its not very dramatic, but I think its worth it. Others dont care, but I do care and Im satisfied with myself anyway..! I didnt know I would do it after 30, but I invested for the rest of my life. It wasnt a small amount, but I thought it was not a bad amount because I said it was the price to get rid of a complex and I couldnt remember the complex after that! There has been no side effect so far, but the conclusion is that you should choose carefully after hearing about the side effects of others.
