I have been receiving orthodontic treatment at Severance University Hospital for three years now. Originally, the teeth were crooked and protruding, and there was a malocclusion where the lower jaw was inward. There was also severe asymmetry. At first, I had a tooth extraction accident and it was so difficult to put in screws, so I just put in screws and didn't go to the hospital for about a year. Then I went back and received thorough treatment for about a year. I can see a clear improvement in the dentition and protruding mouth, but I don't think the asymmetry is at a level that can be corrected with orthodontic treatment. ㅠㅠ I think orthodontics will be finished this year, but I hope it ends quickly. The professor is nice, but due to the nature of university hospitals, it is a bit embarrassing when interns(?) come and look around sometimes during treatment...
