T-bone and zygomatic screw removalㅠㅠ

It's been 8 years since I had T-bone and cheekbone surgery. I wanted to remove the titanium screws, so I went to another hospital and tried to open them, but they said surgery was impossible because I had a lot of scar tissue and was covered with bone. It's been so long since I had surgery, I didn't even know I couldn't do it. I want to remove them, what should I do? ㅠ

If it's covered with bone thread, isn't the screw just like a part of the bone? I know there is no problem with the screw.. If I open it again and have surgery, it will be more complicated.. Why do you want to remove it? I'm also in a 13 year old screw...

They say it's hard to get rid of it between 6 months and 1 year, otherwise it's hard to get rid of it.

[@hihi1913] How much swelling is the swelling when removing the cheek screws ? Is your mouth wide open ㅜㅜ I want to hear the details, especially swelling..
