that on my arms line haha dimples that come out with strength.
It's not a problem at all unless it comes out when you're alone.

When I did the contouring surgery, I found out that deep buccal fat was on the nasolabial fold. So I did the surgery without removing it. The hospital director didn't recommend it either.
