I had 3 types of contour surgery. After the surgery, the pillow was raised high,
so when I wake up, I'm biting my
teeth. I try not to use my masseter muscle as much as possible, so I don't chew or swallow. It's
fixed, but I want it to stick neatly without any gaps. So, when I sleep
, I intentionally open my mouth so that
I can fit in one to one and a half fingers. I usually leave my mouth open when I sleep,
but after doing this for 10 days, I feel like my cheeks and cheeks are sore. Does opening my mouth still use my masseter muscles?
I couldn't sleep because I thought I was ignorant and used my masseter muscle all day. ㅠㅠ
I believe it was swelling on one side of my cheekbone and the other side
was fine, but it seemed to protrude more after sleeping with my mouth open. ㅠㅠ
