It's my 4th day as a clown.
I made an urgent appointment last Friday and had cheekbone surgery on Saturday morning. To be honest, I think I made an impulsive decision, and I regretted it so much yesterday.
I kept it a secret not only from my friends but also from my family, so I did it in a non-fixed, sideburn incision method.
But I was going to grind my teeth. I forgot to do it, so I was very worried for several days, and I lived a completely pessimistic life every day, even going in to ㅇㅌㅅ, which I didn't even go in before the surgery. ㅜ
By the way, I had a non-fixated surgery performed under sedation anesthesia. The front cheekbone was not touched at all. I did 45 degrees with the side cheekbones. I know it was ground at 45 degrees, but I'm not sure. I sent an inquiry email to the teacher.
Since I was discharged from the hospital on the same day as the surgery, my period broke out as soon as I got home. I have been doing it to this day. Because I had a long period of time. Maybe that's why it's been 4 days now and the swelling doesn't seem to go down. I should have used hot packs and cold compresses on the other days, but if I used hot packs, my head would hurt and tingle, so I almost didn't do it, so I guess I can say there's nothing to say about the swelling. The swelling will go down anyway, so I'm not too worried.
However, as long as the bones are firmly attached, it doesn't matter to me.
The hospital I worked at didn't take X-rays before or after surgery. So I'm going to go to the orthopedic surgeon today to get an I've been thinking negatively about everything I've done so far, and I feel like I can't do anything because of this. I'm going to do my best to provide follow-up care, take Citi photos, etc., and get on with my life to the best of my ability!
There shouldn't be any side effects ㅜㅠ
Anyway, it's non-fixed, and so far I've never heard a sound from my cheekbones or felt any pain. Maybe it's because there's still a lot of swelling... There's only a little bruising in the area where the local anesthetic was injected, and not much else.
I will take an x-ray today and post a review!
But if I go to a local orthopedic clinic and ask for an x-ray after cheekbone surgery, will they take it? How much will it cost?
The hospital I went to didn't provide follow-up care for swelling or anything else, so it costs a lot of extra money;;;;
Still, I have no complaints as long as the bones stick together...
For now, I decided to stop caring about what happened and focus only on what will happen in the future.
