The nurses were all busy and I was just staring at the ceiling and shaking. I felt like the anesthetic drug was starting to kick in. I thought to myself, “Oh, I’m going to fall asleep now,” and I relaxed. When I woke up, I was lying down in the operating room. I was taken to the recovery room in a wheelchair... There were a lot of lakes connected to my body here and there... I
found out today that when you look at the facial contour, you have a urinary line... I didn't see anything like that in the reviews... but there were two blood lakes in my mouth... I'm feeling sore and my jaw is so so so sore I thought I was going crazy... I'm usually good at holding back pain... During surgery, they inject intravenous fluids with thick needles, and when they draw blood, I look at the injection and don't make any noise. .. I can endure most pain without painkillers, but it was really, really painful... My sister who was in the hospital room next to me was also in so much pain that I kept taking painkillers with her... Maybe because she fell asleep under the anesthesia but woke up in pain, her face was even more swollen and painful. .. Fortunately, I only had swelling on my chin and on my face, it was about the same as getting fat, but it was very painful.. Some people said it didn't hurt, so I wasn't worried, but it was a bone surgery, so I went in prepared to some extent that it wouldn't hurt. I think it was more than I imagined... I think people who prepare in advance are too scared... Anyway, I took three painkillers and took the medicine, and it seemed to get better as time went by, but the pain still continued and I don't know how the day passed... I couldn't even sleep. I could barely sleep. When I slept, it got more swollen and throbbing. I caught a cold before the surgery, so I had a little phlegm starting in the morning and my nose was a bit stuffy. I had to open my mouth and breathe, so even if it was a little uncomfortable, it wasn't a big deal.
