I have no facial features, but will it be effective to use cosmetics such as Slim Face Shaper to reduce swelling?

For example, why are there such cosmetics like Slim Face Shaper or Mariko Face Slimming Gel ? Cosmetics for losing face weight. If I use those things diligently, will they be effective?^^;;; I used it sometimes even before the surgery. If I used it in the morning when my face was swollen or something like that, it went down a lot and helped to straighten my facial lines!! Is it useless for puffiness? Has anyone ever tried it?? I'm thinking of trying the Slim Face Shaper, Slim Face Effector, and Slim Face Liner (it's a sheet pack)... haha

But I don't think the swelling will go down just because I use something like that. I think eating pumpkin porridge diligently will take time.
